Mibelle Biochemistry launches PoreAway, a new product designed to improve the texture of the skin. Developed from extracts of mastic, a plant resin known since ancient times for its anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties, PoreAway matifies and tightens pores effectively. The resin is endemic to the Greek island of Chios and is derived exclusively from the mastic of the Pistachio. In ancient times, the resin was used especially for cleaning teeth.  The reason why it is has not been used for this purpose is because the mastic is not water-soluble.  At least, up to today.  Mibelle Biochemistry has created an active ingredient based on encapsulated mastic in an intelligent vector that, for the first time, can easily be used in cosmetic applications. The effects of the PoreAway mastic have been clinically tested by human volunteers of Asian and Caucasian origin. The results have shown the remarkable ability of the product to tighten open pores and fight blemishes for a complexion that stays matt, clear and smooth for a long time. Mibelle Biochemistry is a Swiss company specialized in the transformation of compounds of natural origin into effective cosmetic ingredients. Floriane Reynaud
