Asia, Middle East, Russia, India: the next COSMEETING Business Meetings

After a first edition in May in New York with North American buyers, two new COSMEETING Business Meetings are being organized for the South Korean, Japanese and Chinese markets (19th & 20th November in Seoul), and the Middle East, India and Russia (25th & 26th November in Abu Dhabi). On the principle of targeted business meetings that SPAMEETING has successfully built on, these upcoming events will see 50 brands from the world of cosmetics (skin care, fragrance, makeup, etc.) face-to-face with 50 key buyers from these target markets.  Based on the speed-meeting format, nearly 1,000 twenty-minute meetings are pre-programmed over the two days – an average of 20 meetings per supplier.
The formula fully meets all the criteria of efficiency, time and cost management of brands wishing to increase their distribution in these regions that have great potential. For buyers, these events underscore the expertise that BEYOND BEAUTY EVENTS has acquired as “talent scouts” over the 10 years of COSMEETING exhibitions in Paris.

The choice of Asia for the second leg of the COSMEETING Business Meetings was evident considering the dynamism of its three major markets: China, Japan and South Korea. “Asia represents 26.6% of the global Beauty market”, explains Nathalie Charbonnier co-manager of the two editions. “In addition, Asians are very fond of novelties, both in terms of natural products and also new technologies. We will bring together brands where the interests and expectations of consumers converge: anti-age and “whitening” treatments, sun products, makeup, ranges for children, ‘Home Spa treatment’ products, cosmetic devices, nutricosmetics … “.

COSMEETING Business Meetings MIDDLE EAST, RUSSIA, INDIA
25th & 26th Nov. – Yas Hotel – Abu Dhabi
The third leg which will unfold in the magical setting of the Yas Hotel in Abu Dhabi will target three markets that are also booming: the extended Middle East, characterized by high purchasing power and two countries with a high demand.
The buyers who have been invited (concept stores, department stores, selective perfumeries, tax-free outlets, beauty clinics…) are looking for luxury products, niche products, products that are trendy and different… The brands that will be selected will represent mostly care products in all categories, perfumes, makeup, but also wellness, nutricosmetics and beauty appliances.

COSMEETING Business Meetings + SPAMEETING – Middle East = contacts at 100%
This edition will indeed be an extension of SPAMEETING – Middle East organized on the 27th & 28th November for spa project holders in these markets. A grouped day will enable brands to meet buyers from the spa world and vice versa for spa brands wishing to invest the “retail” world.
