SPAMEETING Istanbul comes close a successful year

The third edition of SPAMEETING in Istanbul, which ended on 6th December, revealed the preparation of very high-calibre and concrete projects in the Eurasian and Eastern European spa markets. Buyers and suppliers met during two days in the enchanting surroundings of the Turkish capital under the concept that distinguishes SPAMEETING, “work and network”.
A leg marked, among other things, by a pronounced demand in medispa and specialized suppliers for this increasingly prevalent trend.  The London-based medispa, Urban Retreat, and the American, Bliss, were also amongst the buyers with very specific requirements. The general opinion was that SPAMEETING had indeed presented an offer that was eclectic and rich in novelties, the buyers appreciating the fact that during the various editions they discovered things that they had not seen elsewhere, and saying so!
The next edition being held in Lisbon on 26th and 27th March 2012, promises to be in the same hue – a renewal of various qualified suppliers for the right solution, adapted, this time around, to projects in Europe, North Africa and Brazil. Buyers will find a wide-ranging offer catering to requirements in amenities, retail products and recruitment agency services – in strong demand among project holders. Candidates, take note!
To follow in 2012 – SPAMEETING Paris from 10th to 12th September as part of Beyond Beauty, SPAMEETING Asia in Seoul on 19th and 20th November, and SPAMEETING Middle East & India in Dubai, 25th & 26th November.
