The European Cosmetic Regulations: How to notify your products?

Cosmetic Regulations : Are you ready for the notification? On July 11^th, 2013, the new European regulations for cosmetic products will come into force and replace the Cosmetics Directive. FEBEA – Fédération des Entreprises de la Beauté, presents the various changes imposed by the new rules and tells you what you need to set up for notification. Indeed, the Regulation plans that the cosmetic responsible person shall notify the Commission before any new cosmetic product is placed on the market. Who must notify ? What should you notify? What about the notification of a cosmetic product containing substances in the form of nanoparticles? Does the distributor have the right to notify? What to use: frames or integral formulas? What type of notification is the safest in terms of confidentiality? So many questions that Anne Dux will respond.
