Melvita opens its first eco-boutique in Paris

Since 1 July, there is “a bit of nature in the heart of the city”, thanks to Melvita, which opened its first eco-boutique in Paris, conceived and designed with due respect for the environmental principles dear to the brand which was created in 1983 by Bernard Chevilliat, biologist and apiculturist.  It is therefore not surprising to find, in this space, PEFC certified wood, paint that carries the European eco-label, a vegetal wall covered with de-polluting plants – oh, so necessary in this busy street – the use of renewable energy and low-consumption lighting, deep concern for reducing water consumption and, of course, the maintenance of all this with products that respect nature: A perfect eco-boutique!  At 96 rue de Rennes, between Montparnasse and Saint-Germain, Parisians can now breathe the air of the Ardeche, in a 75m2 boutique that offers 250 organic-certified products and 600 certified organic and natural ingredients for beauty, health and care for the whole family. Within its walls, one finds two eco-spa cabins to discover special treatments, “like a getaway to the heart of nature” with honey body wraps, scrubs made of grains, and massages with flowers…
