This study enlightens the new territoiries of luxury for the years 2010. After the crisis, the world of luxury is being challenged and faces several issues.

The main issue is the Internet media considering all aspects: web site, communication, e-business, which makes luxury enter virtuality.

The second issue is the new dispatch of the market shares of luxury consumption worldwide which, in the next few years, will transfer from the ‘old markets’, origins of luxury (Europe, Japan, USA) to emerging markets including China (30% of the market shares planned for 2025).

Facing this major developments, the world of Luxury has to adapt and reinvent itself. Its values evolve to anchor in the future.
Other issues will also be explored: sustainability, ageing of the population and the extension of the luxury territories.
