The advantages of Porcelanosa’s KRION®

KRION® is a new generation material from Porcelanosa. It is extremely tough, compact, anti-bacterial and durable, and can be used to create complex joint-free shapes.

Its composition is exclusive and contains a high percentage of high-quality minerals (ATH), and a low percentage of acrylic resin or polyester. It is characterized by its pleasant touch, its aspect similar to that of real stone.

Another significant advantage, because of its composition, KRION® is an anti-bacterial material without additives. No bactericide is added to the product, but its composition prevents the growth of bacteria and is therefore ideal for use in sanitary and food areas.

It is currently available in 2 versions, KRION® Lux and KRION® Stone, and can be repaired, which means that its original appearance can be restored. An advantage that reduces the need for replacement and in this way meets the standards of durability recommended by international environment-friendly practices. Lastly, KRION® is a material that is 100% recyclable which does not give off volatile compounds.
