After 9 years with L’Oreal, Pascale Brousse founded Trend Sourcing in 2000 – an agency of « self-care »,beauty and health expertise. As an “trends indicator, ” she travels the world to identify future trends in consumption – lifestyles.
Through an approach combining exploratory studies, interviews with experts and consumers as well as strategic advice, she shows – shopping bags to support – the relevance of her recommendations to design products, services and places of tomorrow.
She is co-president of Club Marketing Cosmetics ADETEM (founded in 2009), member of CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women) and Chief Editor (trends section) of Emotion Spa Magazine.
